Only when his back pressed against the soft bed did a shadow descend from above, covering him with its weight.
“Matsuda..” Kisaragi Chiyo opened her mouth, calling out his name.
His eyes had opened the moment he fell onto the bed, now they squinted slightly due to the sudden, uncomfortable brightness of the light. Kisaragi Chiyo wanted to say something more, but Matsuda clearly had no patience left to teach him any more knowledge, step by step.
Heavy breaths fell upon her face, as Matsuda Jinpei pressed one hand against Kisaragi Chiyo's shoulder while his other hand slid between her fingers.
"Next is practical training." After saying this, Matsuda Jinpei chose to use action to directly shut Kisaragi Chiyo's mouth.
This was truly contrary to Matsuda's original intention; he had originally planned to be a bit gentler, at least ensuring that pain was not an option during their kiss.
But now, he has changed his mind.
*
Kisaragi Chiyo had no experience in kissing, so in this lesson, he could only be forced to accept a novice instructor who possessed only theoretical knowledge and a crude method of instruction.
Teeth clattered against teeth with a grating sound, but neither of them could care less.
It was just like learning a ballroom dance for the first time; during the practice, it was inevitable that one would occasionally step on the other's feet.
Kisaragi Chiyo felt as if he could barely breathe; he was kissed until his head spun, as he was being kissed, he subconsciously closed his eyes, his eyelashes trembling incessantly.
His tongue felt numb from the suction, yet Matsuda continued to wreak havoc in his mouth. Even though he wanted to retreat and escape this raging sea, he found that there was no longer a route left to allow him to withdraw.
It was their first kiss, it wasn't until the taste of metallic blood filled both of their mouths that Matsuda finally managed to stop his one-sided plunder.
“How do you feel?” Matsuda Jinpei looked at Kisaragi Chiyo, who had her eyes tightly closed and was gasping for air through her open mouth, his gaze uncontrollably falling upon the lower lip he had just bitten.
A thin trickle of blood seeped out, making her lips look even redder; of course, it could also be because they were swollen from how forcefully he had kissed her.
“Matsuda.” Kisaragi Chiyo slowly opened her eyes, her gaze slightly moist and shimmering with a hint of embarrassment.
When those heterochromatic eyes looked over, the itch that had just begun to subside in Matsuda Jinpei's heart flared up once more, burning even more intensely; he was already becoming impatient to invite Kisaragi Chiyo to dance another duet.
You really are an unqualified instructor.
"Someone like you should have your license revoked." Kisaragi Chiyo felt her tongue tingling intensely, her mouth filled with his taste; after all, they had just shared saliva.
Thinking about this act carefully now still made him feel somewhat uneasy; as soon as he thought about the seven hundred plus types of bacteria living in a human mouth, he felt like he was going to faint.
But he couldn't guarantee whether Matsuda Jinpei, having just had a taste of sweetness, would choose to take matters into his own hands after he passed out, attempting to make him use his body to properly memorize the lesson even in his sleep.
“What do you take me for?” Matsuda Jinpei's lips brushed softly against Kisaragi Chiyo's brow, his final kiss landing on her right eye.
“A monster that swindles people out of their money and affection?” Kisaragi Chiyo kept her hand pressed against his chest, feeling the place where they were pressed together grow incredibly hot.
Matsuda Jinpei laughed uncontrollably upon hearing that description; both his laughter and the vibrations in his chest felt far too noisy to Kisaragi Chiyo.
“Then why don't you tell me, where exactly am I wrong?” As Kisaragi Chiyo spoke, she opened her mouth and bit down on the finger of the hand that was trying to touch her face.
"You're not wrong." That bit of pain had no effect on Matsuda Jinpei; he even felt that the way Kisaragi Chiyo bit him was so adorable that his heart practically melted.
“You're right.” Matsuda Jinpei lowered his head until their noses touched, Kisaragi Chiyo could clearly see the sincere and burning passion within those teal eyes.
Scary bright.
“Matsuda, you..”
Kisaragi Chiyo was burned by Matsuda's gaze, causing her to instinctively release her grip on his mouth. He pursed his lips, the stinging pain on his lower lip made him want to flee this room for a moment.
But the reality was, she was being pinned to the bed by Matsuda Jinpei, unable to move.
Their fingers were interlaced as they embraced. Within their chests, pressed tightly against one another, their heartbeats drummed with agitation. An ambiguous aura drifted in the air, like a wildfire ignited in a dry meadow, scorching everything in its path in an instant.
"So hot.." Kisaragi Chiyo murmured in a low voice.
An endless, searing heat drifted from the other side, carrying a sensation of being burned, making his head begin to spin.
No matter how you looked at it, it seemed as though he had accidentally stepped into a situation where there was no turning back.
"Kisaragi, do you want me to teach you a few other things while I'm at it?" Matsuda Jinpei acted like a big-tailed wolf, coaxing the innocent, ignorant little lamb.
“W-what??” Kisaragi Chiyo moved her head uncomfortably. As she turned her head, Matsuda Jinpei's lips, carrying a cool and soft touch, fell sequentially upon the corners of her mouth, her chin, her neck, other places.
Wait, Matsuda.
With his nimble fingers, Matsuda Jinpei was equally skilled with his teeth; as his sharp canines grazed her skin, the sensation sent shivers through her entire body, making Kisaragi Chiyo's fingertips tremble uncontrollably.
Kisaragi," Matsuda Jinpei looked up, his voice laced with amusement, teasing her with a hint of a vengeful streak, "your heartbeat is very loud, too.
Kisaragi Chiyo: ".."
Get out of here," Kisaragi Chiyo said through gritted teeth. "I am not taking a class from an unlicensed, unscrupulous, unprofessional teacher who lacks everything.
Oh, then I'm sorry about that." Matsuda Jinpei raised an eyebrow, a provocative smile curling his lips. "Once the lesson begins, leaving halfway is prohibited.
"And I'll make you feel better." Matsuda Jinpei rubbed the tip of his nose against Kisaragi Chiyo's cheek in a fawning manner, holding Kisaragi Chiyo's hand and step by step, seductively opening Pandora's box.
“We also have the teacher-student mutual aid activity included with our first lesson.” Matsuda Jinpei's tone was languid, like a lazy big cat. Of course, that was assuming one ignored the blatant lust in his eyes.
"Who wants to have mutual aid with you?" Upon hearing Matsuda Jinpei's words, Kisaragi Chiyo felt goosebumps breaking out all over his skin; he was stunned by his own imagination. Just the mere thought of it was enough to make his head rush with blood and his heart pound violently.
This is nothing more than an abuse of power." Kisaragi Chiyo's voice carried a note of resistance, he raised his voice slightly. "Besides, you haven't even taken a shower yet!
Matsuda Jinpei: ".."
"Is this really the time to be talking about this?" Matsuda Jinpei looked slightly speechless.
This is certainly important!" Kisaragi Chiyo emphasized, her voice growing more forceful. "A person's daily physiological activities..
Sorry, I'm a yokai now, so I don't have those kinds of needs.
I am never discriminatory against any race; I treat everyone equally.
Does your germaphobia have to act up at a time like this?" Matsuda Jinpei tried to reason with Kisaragi Chiyo. "We can wash up together once the lesson is finished.
"Your suggestion sounds quite ill-intentioned." Kisaragi Chiyo twitched the corner of her mouth, letting out a soulless smile.
"Fine then." Matsuda Jinpei felt somewhat helpless, but facing Kisaragi Chiyo's persistence, he chose to settle for a compromise.
"Then you can just wear your gloves while operating it during this experiment." Matsuda Jinpei maintained a nonchalant tone, his gaze shifting elsewhere as he refused to meet Kisaragi Chiyo's surprised eyes.
My gloves aren't meant for things like this.." Kisaragi Chiyo's voice sounded somewhat weak. "Besides, I only have one pair.
"When I was packing the luggage earlier, I clearly saw you stuffing a whole bunch into the compartment of the suitcase," Matsuda Jinpei bluntly exposed Kisaragi Chiyo's lie.
After all, he had been right there by her side while she was packing her luggage.
“..”
".. Just this once." Kisaragi Chiyo's tone was somewhat biting, he wore an expression that looked even worse than if he had been kissed into unconsciousness.
*
Slightly hurried and low breathing fell upon her ears. Kisaragi Chiyo truly never thought that one day she would find herself in such a situation; something that was completely beyond her life's plans had just happened.
This kind of deviation was as incomprehensible as if someone were walking along a road when they were suddenly slapped in the face by a fish falling from the sky with its tail.
But it was truly happening, a strange, fuzzy sensation spread from his chest.
The collar of her yukata was messily rubbed into several wrinkles by Matsuda Jinpei, causing Kisaragi Chiyo to frown instinctively and reach out to grab his hair.
And then, he was retaliated against by the petty Instructor Matsuda.
The light and shadow from the ceiling reflected in her eyes, which had already begun to lose focus. Kisaragi Chiyo felt her entire body going weak; even though she clearly had no strength left, her body still reacted with involuntary tremors under his movements.
"Kisaragi." Matsuda Jinpei called out her name, then he gave the wounded part of his lower lip another bite, neither light nor heavy.
Kisaragi Chiyo looked toward the sound in a daze, her teal eyes looking down at him, her gaze moist as if she had just been caught in a heavy rain, as if wanting to make him just as drenched as well.
"Now is not the time to be spacing out." His breathing grew heavier, Matsuda Jinpei's gaze was like a bottomless vortex; struggling to escape only caused one to sink deeper and deeper.
Kisaragi Chiyo felt that she had already put in a great deal of effort, but the other party had yet to reach his limit, even though he had summoned all the perseverance he once used when practicing talismans.
"When exactly are you going to be finished?" Kisaragi Chiyo finally couldn't help herself and asked Matsuda Jinpei this somewhat awkward question.
Because his arms were already feeling a bit sore.
Mm.." Matsuda Jinpei kissed the corner of her mouth, frowning as he thought seriously, commented earnestly, "If it's just this kind of repetitive, unskillful method of solving problems, you've only just finished writing the known premises.
"If you're complaining about my words, why don't you just do it yourself.." Kisaragi Chiyo had lost all energy to retort.
"Are you losing your patience already?" Matsuda Jinpei spoke as if he were waiting for Kisaragi Chiyo's patience to run out, so that he could take the opportunity to make even more outrageous demands.
"If you want to end this quickly, then let me teach you properly." As Matsuda Jinpei spoke, he grasped Kisaragi Chiyo's hand and began to show her, step by step, how to effectively and progressively solve an unexplored mystery.
"First, it's this part. Just like us, if it were you, I would use the same method." Matsuda Jinpei's breathing grew heavier by the second, his gaze was so fierce that Kisaragi Chiyo thought he might swallow her whole in the next moment, leaving nothing but bones.
Knowledge that she didn't want to learn was entering her brain in this shameful manner. Kisaragi Chiyo felt as if she were caught between two extremes of temperature; her entire body felt as if it were burning, so hot she felt as though she were about to melt.
Meanwhile, Matsuda Jinpei, who was currently teaching him how to solve the problem, had a body temperature that was still quite cool. If it weren't for the beads of sweat on his forehead and the heavy breathing in his ears, Kisaragi Chiyo might have even thought their situations had been swapped.
What an enviable sense of composure.
“Kisaragi.” Matsuda Jinpei suddenly called her name, everything suddenly became rapid. His teal eyes seemed to burn with raging fire, staring at her with a piercing gaze, as if attempting to burn her entire being to ashes.
Truly terrifying, beast-like eyes.. Kisaragi Chiyo thought hazily.
The other person's lips entangled and pressed against hers once again, invading deeply with an air of urgency. The air in her mouth was swept away frantically; even if it happened again, Kisaragi Chiyo still hadn't learned how to breathe smoothly.
Her head was spinning, she didn't know if it was because of the alcohol from before or the lack of oxygen.
In short, Kisaragi Chiyo only felt a crackling sensation in her head, as if fireworks were blooming inside.
In the final second before giving up and choosing to enjoy herself by closing her eyes, Kisaragi Chiyo caught a glimpse toward the window as if sensing something.
Through the gap in the drawn curtains, a dark purple eye watched them from outside, calm and emotionless.
But when Kisaragi Chiyo looked closely, there was nothing unusual there. Before he could think it through, he was once again swept away by Matsuda into the whirlpool of the deep sea.

Chapter 65
Kisaragi Chiyo lay on the bed with a peaceful expression, his eyes tightly closed, no longer possessing even the slightest desire to move.
The collar of the yukata, which had been made messy during the teaching session, had now returned to its original, smooth state.
However, the ambiguous marks stemming from the chest covered by clothing remained clearly visible on the young man's fair neck, as eye-catching as red plum blossoms fallen upon the snow.
