Chapter 70(1 / 1)

On Day 2 Morning, when Tu Bai woke up, he found himself lying in bed, his clothes properly put on.

Gojo Satoru sat by the bedside, holding breakfast, watched him with a smile.

Rabbit King, morning.

Tu Bai sat up and rubbed his eyes.

Last night.." He thought for a moment, "Did I bite you last night?

Gojo Satoru's smile froze for a second.

"Where did I bite you?" Tu Bai continued to ask.

Gojo Satoru said nothing.

Tu Bai lowered his head, looked at his own chest, then looked at Gojo Satoru's.

Then he frowned.

"You are older than me," he said, his tone still very dissatisfied.

Gojo Satoru breathed a sigh of relief.

Yes, I am older than the Rabbit King," he said, passing over the breakfast, "Would the Rabbit King like to eat something?

Tu Bai took the plate, ate a few bites, suddenly asked again:

Did you say something last night?

Say what?

I don't know." Tu Bai frowned. "It sounds like someone is speaking.

Gojo Satoru looked at him, saying nothing.

Tu Bai thought for a while, but since he couldn't remember, he gave up.

"Forget it." He continued eating his Western Breakfast.

Gojo Satoru watched him from the side, his eyes carrying a hint of a smile, something else as well.

After eating for a while, Tu Bai suddenly spoke again:

Princess.

“Hmm?”

Did you.. know me before?

Gojo Satoru froze for a moment.

Tu Bai looked at him, a hint of confusion in his Red Eyes: "I always feel like the way you look at me is as if you've known me for a long time."

Gojo Satoru remained silent for a few seconds.

Then he smiled, reaching out to rub Tu Bai's hair.

We've known each other for a long time," he said. "A very, very long time.

Tu Bai looked at him, waiting for him to continue.

But Gojo Satoru said no more.

He stood up and put away the plate: "The Weather is nice today, does the Rabbit King want to go for a walk?"

Tu Bai froze for a moment, his attention diverted: "Go out?"

Yeah," Gojo Satoru said, "go check out your territory.

Tu Bai thought about it and nodded.

He stood up, walked to the Doorway, then looked back at Gojo Satoru once more.

That person was standing by the Window, silhouetted against the light, making his expression unclear.

Tu Bai suddenly felt that the image looked familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere before.

"Princess," he called out.

Gojo Satoru turned his head.

Hurry up," Tu Bai said. "Didn't you say we were going for a walk?

Gojo Satoru smiled, walked over, stood by his side.

The two of them walked out of the Fortress side by side.

Outside, the sky in Meteor City was still a dull gray.

But Tu Bai felt that today seemed a bit brighter than usual.

Chapter 41

The Message spread quickly.

A Rabbit King has emerged in District 3 of Meteor City. He is powerful, possesses a vast territory, has many subordinates. None of this is surprising—since when has Meteor City not produced a few ruthless characters?

What was unusual was that a Silver Hair man had appeared by the side of the Rabbit King.

He was good-looking, he had a beautiful smile, he looked good doing anything. Most importantly, that man seemed even more powerful than the Rabbit King.

When this Message reached certain people's Ears, it became an enticing fruit.

Hisoka was feeling bored.

He had been wandering around Meteor City for a few days, killing a few people and fighting a few battles, but none of it was interesting. Those people were too weak, so weak that he couldn't even get excited.

Then he heard that Message.

Silver Hair man. Very strong.

Hisoka's eyes lit up.

He licked his lips, put the playing cards into his Pocket, walked toward District 3.

---

Tu Bai was sitting on his Throne, eating fruit.

There isn't much good stuff in Meteor City, but these past few days, Gojo Satoru has always been able to scavenge something edible—some dried fruit he dug up from somewhere, which he washed clean, placed on a plate, fed to him one by one.

Rabbit King, open your mouth.

Tu Bai opened his mouth, Gojo Satoru stuffed a piece of dried fruit inside.

He chewed, frowning. "It's a bit sour."

"Next time, find something sweet," Gojo Satoru said.

Tu Bai nodded and opened his mouth again.

Gojo Satoru fed him another one.

Several subordinates nearby watched this scene with complex expressions. Their Rabbit King, the Rabbit King who had single-handedly defeated over thirty people, was now being hand-fed fruit like a child.

But they did not dare to say anything.

That silver-haired man always looked like he was smiling, but everyone knew that provoking him would certainly lead to a bad end.

At that moment, an Aura pressed over from the distance.

Tu Bai sat up abruptly, his ears perking up.

"Someone is coming," he said, pressing his hand against his abdomen before quickly releasing it—the movement was natural, like an instinctive reaction.

Gojo Satoru also felt it.

That Aura was very strong, very.. strange. It was sticky and excited, like a snake eyeing its prey.

He stood up and walked to the Doorway of the Fortress.

In the distance, a figure slowly approached.

Red hair, standing up towards the sky. His face was adorned with star and teardrop makeup, his mouth was stretched into a wide, excited grin. He was twirling several playing cards in his hands, wearing strange clothes.

Hisoka.

He stood still in front of the Fortress, looking up at Gojo Satoru, his eyes scanning him from head to toe.

Then his Eyes lit up.

Ahhh~~" He let out a strange, drawn-out exclamation. "Is it you? The Strongest one?

Gojo Satoru looked at him, remaining silent.

Hisoka took a step forward, then another. He licked his lips, a flash of excitement gleaming in his eyes.

Amazing.. so strong.." he muttered, his hands trembling, "I want to fight you so much.. I want to, I want to so much..

Tu Bai walked out of the Fortress and stood beside Gojo Satoru.

He looked at that strange person, frowning.

"Who is this person?" he asked.

I don't know," Gojo Satoru said. "But it looks like his brain isn't quite right.

Hisoka's gaze landed on Tu Bai, swept over him, then quickly shifted back to Gojo Satoru's face. He had no interest in Tu Bai—he was too weak; although he possessed a somewhat special Aura, he was simply too weak.

I am going to fight you," Hisoka said to Gojo Satoru, his tone sounding as if he were announcing something of great importance, "Now.

Tu Bai frowned. "This is my territory. You think you can just pick a fight whenever you want?"

Hisoka ignored him, his eyes fixed on Gojo Satoru.

Tu Bai was furious.

He took a step forward, clenched his hand, a Black Tang Sword condensed in his Palm.

"Rabbit King." Gojo Satoru reached out to stop him.

Tu Bai glared at him: "What are you doing?"

"Leave such small-fry to me, the Princess," Gojo Satoru said with a smile.
